    Zhenghua (Zhenghua) 155L Gasoline Replacement Main Fuel Tank

    Zhenghua 155L gasoline replacement main fuel tank is a direct-fit, high-capacity, high-safety range upgrade solution built for rugged Off-road vehicles and Pickups. With core benefits of space-saving, bolt-on installation, extreme durability and doubled driving range, it eliminates range anxiety during long-distance expeditions and remote wilderness trips.
    Compatible with mainstream gasoline-powered 4x4 models including Tank 300/400, Ford Ranger, Jiangling DADA, Toyota LC Series, Jeep Wrangler and more, it is the preferred single-tank range upgrade alternative to auxiliary fuel tanks.

    Core Design & Advantages

    1. Direct OEM Replacement, Bolt-On Installation, No OEM Function Compromise

    custom-designed using 3D-scanned OEM chassis data, secured with factory mounting points. No frame or fuel tank bracket cutting/welding, preserving the Original vehicle structure.
    Ground clearance remains nearly stock (optimized underbody design on selected models maintains off-road geometry).
    Fully compatible with the OEM fuel pump, fuel level sensor, carbon canister and filler neck. Fuel level displays correctly on the factory dashboard with no extra gauges needed, retaining stock control feel.
    Does not occupy spare tire, cargo or interior space; spare tire mounts normally. Cleaner and safer than auxiliary tanks, ideal for both daily family use and off-roading.

    2. 155L High Capacity, Doubled Range, Eliminates Range Anxiety

    For Tank 300 (stock 80L tank), the 155L upgrade adds 75L of fuel capacity.
    At a fuel consumption of 12L/100km, maximum range reaches 1200km+, easily handling remote expeditions in Xinjiang, Tibet, Alxa and other wilderness areas.
    Single-tank design avoids auxiliary tank switching, fuel pumping and line leakage issues. Refuel directly without separating main/aux tanks, with high efficiency and no risk of vapor lock or fuel flooding.

    3. High Safety & Durability, Impact & Corrosion Resistant

    Constructed from 3mm heavy-duty 304 stainless steel or carbon steel, with TIG full welding for smooth, leakproof seams. Resists impact, scraping and corrosion, preventing deformation or rupture from off-road undercarriage strikes.
    Built-in anti-slosh baffles and reinforcement ribs ensure stable fuel delivery, prevent dry running of the fuel pump, and improve stability at high speeds and off-road.
    Equipped with a patented rollover valve (utility patent) that stops fuel leakage in the event of a rollover, complying with off-road safety standards.
    Fuel lines use oil-resistant rubber or stainless steel braided hose, heat and aging resistant to prevent rupture and leaks.
    Surface finishes include electrophoretic coating + plastic spraying or polishing for maximum rust protection. Stainless steel version offers lifetime maintenance-free use; carbon steel version is built for heavy off-road abuse.

    4. Vehicle-Specific Design, Wide Compatibility with Upgrade Kits

    Custom tank shape, mounting brackets and port interfaces for each model, avoiding interference with chassis wiring, suspension, drive shafts and differential locks.
    Compatible with lift kits (e.g., IKNA 4/6-inch axle drop kits), 35/37-inch oversized tires and chassis skid plates, with no impact on suspension travel or steering.
    Designed exclusively for gasoline models (avoids Diesel waxing and fuel grade mismatch). Dual fuel pump configurations are available for selected models to boost fuel delivery.
